Training and Education

Bias training is our specialty. We have a series of bias training activities including brief sessions, e-learning, and interactive workshops. We also offer 1:1 coaching and support in this area.

We offer a range of trainings that go beyond bias to enhance critical consciousness and advance equity. 

We have worked with multiple organizations and individuals to design and deliver training that improves understanding and compassion for individuals with mental health challenges. 

We have developed an evidence-based training program on addressing biases and stereotypes against individuals with mental health challenges and/or addiction. 

We have a series of pre-designed e-learning activities that can be utilized by individual learners or as part of an organizational package. We can also custom-design e-learning for your needs.

We can custom design a training or educational activity based on your needs. We have experience in designing training for a wide variety of contexts and sectors.
